Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 88betpkr platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 88betpkr does not apply any internal currency conversion charges.

Deposits: 88betpkr accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, MCB Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits are credited to your PKR wallet once confirmed by the relevant payment provider. • Failure to provide requested identity verification documentation within the specified timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceeding 18 consecutive months (dormancy policy applies).
• At the user's own request, including via the self-exclusion tool in account settings.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, any PKR balance held in the account will be preserved during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes in the user's favour, the balance will be released. Where a violation is confirmed, 88betpkr reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the balance in line with the severity of the breach.
